FREE CHILD MUSEUM ADMISSION – Georgian Summer Fun and Games

This summer, we are inviting families to get playful and join us for Georgian Fun and Games at John Wesley’s New Room.

Follow the Parlour Game Trail and explore our amazing interactive Museum.

FREE CHILD MUSEUM ADMISSION (Maximum 4 children per visit / 23rd July > 2nd September 2026).

Children must be accompanied by an adult. Donations welcome.

This visit does not entitle children to 12 months free entry ticket to the museum.

Also, throughout the school holidays – FREE family activities in the Chapel.

John Wesley’s New Room is closed on Sundays.

John Wesley's New Room

John Wesley’s New Room is a heritage site in the heart of Bristol. It houses a museum, library, café, events and hire space. It is home to the original 18th century chapel that started the Methodist movement.

It also houses an award-winning Café and a vast reference Library. John Wesley’s New Room hosts a range of art, music and family events and is also available to hire.
