Our online shop is now open however delivery times may be longer than usual due to Covid-19 safety restrictions.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for UK orders to arrive.
We endeavour to ship all orders within 2 to 3 working days of ordering (excluding weekends and holidays). We aim to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible, though there may be delays through your local postal service especially over the Christmas season.
UK customers should expect to receive orders within five working days. For international delivery please allow 7-10 working days. Note that delivery times are currently impacted by the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Large, higher value orders and international purchases may be dispatched via courier. If you would like to ensure a courier service, please contact us before placing your order for a detailed quote.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All products available online are also available to purchase in person at the New Room shop.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification.
We offer a flat P&P rate on UK orders of £3.95. For orders over £50 we offer free postage.
Orders can also be collected from the New Room free of charge. We will send you an email when your order is ready for collection. Please have your confirmation email with you when you collect.
Please note that the New Room shop may subject to government lockdown restrictions. Collection is only available when the New Room shop is open to the public - please check website for our current opening hours.
International shipping rates vary by territory and are calculated based on the weight of the order.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Payment of these fees is your responsibility as the customer and the New Room is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you have changed your mind about your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase and we will exchange or refund the full order minus shipping costs. We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition, and a member of our team will assist you.
If you decide to return your items, please allow up to 10 working days for the bank to transfer the refund to you. We strongly recommend you use recorded delivery when returning items. Postal charges cannot be refunded. Refunds for online purchases can only be made to the card used in the original transaction.
