The Horsefair Room

Experience our modern, fully equipped conference/education room with views over the Horsefair Courtyard Atrium. The room can accommodate up to 50 people in various configurations and is located on the second floor of the visitor centre (fully accessible by lift). Make use of our state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment to breathe life into your projections and presentations and move to the adjoining balcony when a new space or breakout area is required.

Meeting rooms are available to book on a half day (morning or afternoon) or full day basis.

We can offer you:

• bespoke set-ups and styles to accommodate individual requirements
• secure storage for coats and bags
• a range of refreshment options from our on-site award-winning catering team, including buffets and bespoke menus
