Are you a budding scientist? Do you love Horrible Histories?

Come and experiment with us in this hands-on workshop. Join Professor Rogers to find a cure and mix your own herbal remedies. Use a quill and ink to take home your own fancy medicine label. Drop in anytime between 11am-3pm to discover John Wesley’s unusual methods for curing most diseases!

Age 7+. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Drop in to the workshop anytime between 11am-3pm, or buy your ticket in advance from the New Room Cafe and Shop, or on Eventbrite (online booking fee applies).

Adult: £6, Child: £3

Your ticket includes Museum entry, and a free trail.

John Wesley’s New Room is a heritage site in the heart of Bristol. It houses a museum, library, café, events and hire space. It is home to the original 18th century chapel that started the Methodist movement.
