Wes Talks – Penthouse and Pavement

Wes Talks is a new series of talks inspired by the New Room’s founder John Wesley. He wrote and spoke about many issues in the 18th century which still resonate today.

Penthouse and Pavement: Is the gap between rich and poor inevitable?

Paul Morrison, policy advisor from the Joint Public Issues Team (jointpublicissues.org.uk) will be joining us to talk about recognising and challenging poverty and inequality in the UK.

After the talk there will be an opportunity for questions and discussion.

This is a joint initiative run by the New Room and the Methodist Learning Network (South West)
