Lunchtime Recital – The Pilgrims Men’s Chorus

The Pilgrims are an all male singing group from Seattle that specializes in sacred and gospel music.  Join us for a programme of Wesleyan hymns and spirituals on Friday 28th June 2019 for a free lunchtime recital at 1.30pm.

The group was founded in 1985 with the express purpose of raising funds for homeless street youth in Seattle.  The Pilgrims are led by our very capable conductor, Michael Hendrix. Michael comes from a family of choral conductors and musicians. He is a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, with a degree in music education. Michael brings a high level of musical integrity to The Pilgrims and is constantly working to improve the level of musicianship of the ensemble.
