Join Healthier Bristol at the New Room on Monday 18th and Tuesday 19th November to learn simple techniques and lifestyle changes that can help you to look after your own health in ways that can improve physical, mental and emotional health.

Discover massage, reflexology, stress management, hypnosis, NLP, physical training, yoga, essential oils and nutrition.  Whether you are looking to reduce pain, feel less stressed, improve your diet, reduce anxiety, feel more flexible, become more motivated or get a bit more exercise in your life, there is something for everyone.

Some of the sessions are tasters that you can just drop into at any time during the day.  Others are group events at specific times.

Mon 18th November
12.30pm-4pm: Free 10 minute tasters in the New Room chapel: massage, reflexology, hypnosis, mental relaxation

1pm – 1.30pm: Easy Exercise with Amy Oldfield – Learn some exercises that you can easily do at home.

2pm – 2.30pm: Talk – Autism Awareness with Adri Bof. How to communicate better with people on the autistic spectrum and make life easier for them and yourself.

3pm-3.30pm: Talk – Avoid Burnout with Shona Hirons. Having experienced burnout herself, Shona has some tips to pass on so that other people can spot the warning signs and avoid it.

2pm-2.45pm: Health and Wellbeing in the 18th Century – tour of the New Room museum (normal museum entry charges apply)

3pm-3.30pm: Talk – Essential Oils for better health with Michelle Meredith
