Half Term Creation Station

Decorate a butterfly to help our Emerging Hope display grow, and get creative with a free activity pack.

The New Room’s beautiful cobbled courtyard has been brought to life with over 200 butterflies as part of the Emerging Hope Project, and this May half term you can add to it as well as taking part in other fun activities. This will include something you can take home.

The image of a butterfly is a symbol for new life and hope. In the life cycle of a butterfly, a caterpillar has to hide away in a chrysalis until it re-emerges in its new and beautiful form.

You can come and enjoy your half term with us for free on 2nd-4th June. To help us manage numbers to allow for social distancing we ask that you email us to book a free time slot. You can also find out what we’re doing to provide a COVID-safe environment on our Safe Visit page.
