Easter Explorer Day (CANCELLED)

This event is cancelled due to the ongoing coronavirus situation.

 

Creative activities are on offer in the Museum at the New Room during the Easter holidays.

April 14, 15 and 16: Make Your Mark! Find out about printing in Bristol and try your hand at stencilling, foam printing and making your own newspaper. There’s also an opportunity to dress up in Georgian costume and make Easter cards.

Each activity day runs on a drop-in basis from 10.30am – 3pm. Suitable for all ages.

Normal museum entry prices apply. (One adult and up to three children £10, two adults and up to three children £15) A family ticket includes free return entry to the museum for 12 months.

Cafe, toilets and baby change available on site.

 

 

John Wesley's New Room

John Wesley’s New Room is a heritage site in the heart of Bristol. It houses a museum, library, café, events and hire space. It is home to the original 18th century chapel that started the Methodist movement.

It also houses an award-winning Café and a vast reference Library. John Wesley’s New Room hosts a range of art, music and family events and is also available to hire.
