Art Exhibition – Victoria Moreno

Enjoy the work of local artist, Victoria Moreno, in the New Room cafe bringing a dash of colour in this wintry season.  On display from 21st January – 21st February.

Victoria says: “Light and Colour are part of my DNA as an artist. My brush aims, in every stroke, to transmit my hometown´s brightness, Seville.  My work is inspired by details that are part of my past, rooted in sun drenched memories that I transfer to the canvas.  My artistic and personal journey brought me to Bristol, where I had the opportunity to expand my vocabulary as a painter.

Andalusia, my homeland, is formed by a rich blend of cultures and their people, which is ever present in my work.  And so is the bridge, bringing us all closer and together.  My art is a personal intersection between landscape, personal memories, symbols and imagination.”
