Facilities
The chapel is a Grade 1 listed 18th century building and while it is mostly accessible, it has quirks due to the age of the building. Our downloadable full accessibility guide and visual story may help you prepare for your visit if you have accessibility needs.

Parking
- There is no parking on site but there are disabled spaces immediately outside the Horsefair entrance.
The Chapel
- The chapel is partially accessible: The ground floor of the chapel is accessible from both the Broadmead and Horsefair entrances although there is no disabled access to the chapel gallery due to the 18th century stairs.
Visitors Centre
- The visitors centre is fully accessible with lift access to upper floors.
Cafe
- The cafe is fully accessible with lift access to upper floors.
Toilet and baby changing facilities
- Toilet facilities are located on Level 1 and include one disabled toilet, one ambulant toilet and there is a baby changing facility.
Museum
- The museum is located on Level 2 and has been made accessible for visitors with disabilities.
Audio Guides
- Audio Guides are available.
Guide and assistance dogs
- Guide and assistance dogs are welcome at the New Room.
Hearing Loops
- There are hearing loops available in all the meeting rooms on the site.
