Reference facilities in the library are available to all bona-fide enquirers.

Stock of approx 4000 books, pamphlets and bound journals with emphasis on Methodist history, local studies, biography and critical studies of the Wesleys and their works. Also major historical journals. No chapel documents or registers.

Card catalogue with author, subject and topographical headings.

Full sets of WHS regional journals fully indexed. Collections of portraits and postcards.

Loans: No loans can be made directly to enquirers but inter-library loans can be arranged in special circumstances.
